How do we collect personal data?
When you engage with us through our Contact page, you have the option to ask us any additional questions or ask us for more information that may not be covered within the pages throughout the site. Answers to questions about being involved with Broadway investment opportunities often have variable answers based on where you’re located. For time efficiency and accuracy, we exclusively use Mailchimp for gathering this information. This platform is also used by eProductions LLC to send any marketing communications to those who have opted in to receive newsletters and breaking news items. A limited amount of personal data is collected by Mailchimp for this usage. MailChimp gathers statistics about the opening of emails and clicks which are not personally identifiable. Why do we collect your data and how do we use it?
The main purpose for the use of your information is to provide additional information to you and/or to answer specific questions that may not be covered when visiting the site. We also use your questions to help us more effectively update our site. The email contact you provide will be used to inform you about our company news. We will only contact you electronically about non-contractual related information we have your consent to do so. These communications should never be mistaken as a solicitation to invest in any theatrical production. When receiving any marketing email communications from us, you can always opt out via an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom any each email generated by Mailchimp. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our e-newsletters. Through MailChimp, we gather statistics around email opening and clicks which are not personally identifiable.
How do we protect your data?
The limited amount of data that is collected from opting in to the mailing list will be maintained in the Mailchimp database. See Mailchimp Privacy Policy. eProductions LLC will not/does not transfer any of this data to third party organizations and/or social media sites. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once Mailchimp receives your limited information, we make our best effort to ensure its security when we access information in Mailchimp. eProductions LLC Contact page does not require the creation of a password, nor does not require its visitors to create a personal profile.
Other Security features include but are not limited to:
• NAC – Network Access Control. Access to the mailing list is not available to everyone associated with eProductions LLC
• Anti-Virus – Any PC working with the eProductions newsletter has up-to-date enterprise grade versions of anti-virus software which will allow access to be protected from malware and viruses that may make their way through the other filters on the web.
Is my Information Available Publicly?
No. eProductions LLC has a strict permission-based list policy. We do not provide, sell, barter, share, or rent email lists to users, nor do we allow purchased, publicly-available, third-party, or rented lists to be imported into our system.
Because you have opted into our mailing list:
· You will receive updates via email about what’s new, and keeping you informed of upcoming, current and past productions and/or other updates about eProductions LLC.
· You will receive an individual email from a staff member of eProductions about a specific topic(s) or answers to questions you’ve requested about specific productions and/or opportunities to support our work.
· You will receive information about the dates of our productions (including previews performance dates and the opening date). Unless some breaking news is happening, you rarely receive emails more than one or twice a quarter. At the bottom of each marketing email, you will always have the choice to permanently opt out (which will be effective within 24 hours).
Social Media
eProductions LLC website may contain links to other websites run by other organizations. We have also embedded URL’s for some videos and/or music files within our production pages. In our footer on each page, we also give our guests an option to visit eProductions LLC pages on three social media platforms. eProductions LLC privacy policy applies only to our website. We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites even if you access them using links from our website. Once you leave the eProductions LLC website, please be aware when visiting social media services like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., that you will be adhering to their privacy policies. Each of the social media platforms have their own data privacy policies. If you use our website and you are outside the USA, embedded links within our site may access social media platforms for content that is within or outside the USA in order to provide you with that information. Please note: Videos, music or production pictures on the eProductions LLC website may not be shared or distributed to any third-party company or platform by you without permission. You are not permitted to copy, download, cut, abridge or edit the material in any way without the owner’s written permission. You are welcome to view these videos, production pictures, and listen to recorded tracks by accessing them through the embedded links within the applicable website pages on eProductionsLLC.com
Third Parties
eProductions LLC does not obtain data from third parties, such as productions with which we co-produce, nor with agencies that have sold tickets on behalf of any of our related productions or other third-party organizations. eProductions LLC does not accept personal data from any third-party organizations. None of the information from a third-party is ever required for any contractual agreement with any production with which we are involved. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law (for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime).
What are my choices?
You have a choice about whether you wish to receive marketing information from us.
If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us (approximately once or twice a quarter) about our production updates or our work, you can use the link to permanently “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of those marketing emails.
We only contact you with marketing updates by email and only after you have given your prior consent by opting in on the Contact page of our website. We will not contact you for marketing purposes if you have indicated that you do not wish to be contacted.
How do I manage my data?
eProductions LLC and Mailchimp will typically keep your data for up to ten years from the date of your last point of engagement. For further information or questions, please contact us through our Contact page. Please note that when you opt out of the mailing list, we will retain the information required (name and email address) to ensure we adhere to your request. You should find it easy to opt out with an “Unsubscribe” link to do so listed at the bottom of any marketing-type email. If your email address changes, enroll with your new email address and additionally send us a note to remove your old one. It’s your data and we want to make sure you feel in control of it.
